Owner + Founder

Hello! I’m the owner and founder of Savannah’s Farm Fresh. Thanks for getting to know me. My favorite steak is a ribeye, cooked to medium rare on the grill. I love traveling, flowers and all things animals. I raised and showed my first calf in 4-H at the age of eight, and I had many steers, pigs and goats along the way. I enjoy sharing my cowgirl stories with my customers. I’m happy to invite you on my everyday adventures that often include wrangling both the cattle and cattlemen in my life. Savannah’s Farm Fresh is a great place to buy beef and a great resource for learning about how food is grown and raised.

Bear

Farmhand + Sidekick

Bear is my full-time sidekick. He likes to go on car rides with the windows down, chase tennis balls and flies in the barnyard, and sample all the latest Savannah's Farm Fresh goods. He prefers steak, but will settle for a little barbecue sauce on his kibble when he is feeling extra fancy.

Sally & Russ Thomas

Cattle Sourcing Partner

Sally and Russ raise top of the line Charolais-Red Angus cattle. Their focus on quality and disposition over the years has truly paid off. I source all of my calves from their genetics and love that I can work with my mom to share our wonderful beef with even more friends. I've also learned a lot about taking care of my cousins and sisters when they help me with my calves...as Sally would say, "First, we will feed the cattle. Then, we can get ice cream!".

Justin Angell

Entrepreneurial Cheerleader

Justin is the energy behind Savannah’s Farm Fresh.  He has always loved the idea of selling beef locally, and when I graduated from college and joined the family team, he became my biggest supporter.  Notably, he also won Dad of the Year in 2017. Many jobs have been assigned to him in 2018.
